Dr. Lili Luo Presents at International Conference

Dr. Luo recently presented at the 2024 Asian Conference on Education. Her presentation was titled "AI Literacy in Higher Education: The Role of Academic Libraries", where she shared the findings from a pilot study she conducted about how academic libraries support AI literacy via LibGuides.
Dr. Souvick Ghosh Publishes Research about AI and Conversational Search

Dr. Ghosh's recent paper, "Empowering Customer Service with Generative AI: Enhancing Agent Performance While Navigating Challenges" has been accepted by iConference 2025. One of his students, Charles Costa, is the first author of this paper.
Dr. Ghosh's first-authored article, "Spoken Conversational Search: Evaluating the Effect of System Clarifications on User Experience through Wizard-of-Oz Study" has been accepted for publication in the Journal of the Association for Information Science and Technology (JASIST).
