• Gmail:

  • For faculty Gmail account questions, submit the iSchool Tech Support Form.

• Microsoft Office for Students (licensing issues):
  Microsoft Office is available to all students. For problems signing up, please contact the IT Support Desk. 
   
• Microsoft Office for Faculty (licensing issues):
  Microsoft Office is available to all faculty in the School of Information. It's a two-step process.
  • First, submit a request to the SJSU IT Service Desk.
  • Then email TC Truong, and he'll make sure that request gets processed. 
• MySJSU:

• one.SJSU Password Reset:
  Contact the campus help desk at (408) 924-1530; You will need to provide your student ID number.

  Note: Panopto accounts are for faculty only. Students can view lectures shared by faculty members, but the iSchool's Panopto license does not provide for student accounts.
